I'm confused on whether to join track or swimming, which on will help me loose weight and tone my body out more? (:
Join whatever you love doing :) Running and swimming are both great exercises. They are both (mostly) full body workouts, and great forms of cardio. Swimming is just known to be easier on your joints. If it was me, I would go with swimming, but that’s just because I would rather swim any day than go running haha.
